What you will need to provide at the time of the consultation:

Detailed floor plan (A4 size preferred) drawn to scale showing rooms, doors and windows.
Year of construction (also year of any additions or reconstruction).
Birth dates of permanent occupants of a residence or management team of a business.

* If you do not have a floor plan it is easy to draw one. You do not need every detail, only walls, doors, windows and most importantlybe correct and to scale. Alternately we can recommend a company that draws floor plans professional for a small fee.
